Privacy policy

This Privacy Policy covers the use of WEARABLE DEVICE (hereinafter, ‘AR GLASSES’) provided by A.R. TOUR SRL. The AR GLASSES use an interactive interface with 3D contents and AR technologies to produce an immersive effect.
All data provided by Users when during the booking is normally utilized to deliver services in accordance with any relevant requests. This data cannot under any circumstances be passed to third parties. However, this data may be partially disclosed in special cases. No user data is collected or stored into the AR GLASSES. 
How the data is protected
We adhere to international control standards for handling basic used data, which include all control measures necessary for data protection. Although we endeavour to safeguard personal data, Users should also take precautions to protect such information. We do not pass on or share your information with any advertising services. Security
We attach great importance to maintaining the privacy of Users’ personal data. We take physical, electronic and procedural measures to protect any information used by us. It is important to appreciate, however, that it is impossible to fully guarantee protection from all potential threats.
Changes
This Privacy Policy may be periodically updated for certain reasons. We provide information regarding any changes by publishing an updated version of our Privacy Policy in this section. We nevertheless recommend that you refer to this Privacy Policy on a regular basis to check for any additions or changes.
Permission to use data
By consenting to the use of an Application, you consent to the use of your personal data in accordance with the terms of this Privacy Policy, in this and any subsequent editions. ‘Use’ means consent to the use of cookies on your computer or mobile device, or the use of data in other forms including, but not limited to, the collection, storage, use, integration or disclosure of data within the Italian Regulation.

Cancellation Policy 

Due to the unique nature of our tours and the technology involved, we must enforce a strict cancellation policy. Cancellations, late arrivals and no-shows negatively affect the travel plans of our other customers and clients. All cancellations must be made in writing via email within the following time frame: For parties of less than 10 people your cancellation must be received at least 2 days (48 hours) prior to the date/time of your tour. Cancellations for less than 10 people made with at least 48 hours notice will have a 3% cancellation charge. For parties of 10 or more your cancellation must be received at least 3 days (72 hours) prior to the date/time of your tour. Cancellations for more than 10 people made with at least 72 hours notice will have a €15,00 per person cancellation charge. Cancellations that are not received within these timeframes will be charged the full amount of the tour. No shows are not permitted a refund. All tours operate rain or shine.By making your reservation you acknowledge, understand and agree to comply with our cancellation policy and acknowledge you have read and understand the warnings outlined in the health & safety notice. 


Liability Policy 

Your safety is our number one concern. All tour participants must be fully aware of any risks involved with using the AR GLASSES we provide. A.R. TOUR SRL is not liable for any damages or injuries suffered by any tour participant or anyone using the AR GLASSES we provide. By taking our tour you release A.R. TOUR SRL from any and all liability.  


Late Arrivals and No-Show 

We do our best to provide an exceptional tour service for all of our guests. Please be considerate of your fellow tour participants. All guests are required to arrive at least 15 minutes prior to the start of their tour. All tours depart promptly at the scheduled time. If you arrive past the time of your scheduled tour departure you may miss the tour and will not be entitled to a refund. No shows are not permitted a refund. 


Rescheduling Policy

We understand that sometimes travel plans can change. If you would like to reschedule your tour for another day or time we will do everything we can to accommodate your request. However, we cannot guarantee we will be able to reschedule your tour. If we are unable to reschedule your tour and you are unable to attend you are responsible for any applicable cancellation fees. 


Damage Responsibility Policy

The devices we use are expensive and costly and time consuming to repair. Tour participants must follow all guidelines for the usage of the devices on our tours and are responsible for the safekeeping of our equipment while in their use. Devices that are returned damage will be subjected to a 520,00 repair fee.
